COACHING MODEL

JP's Coaching Model embraces the whole person and is action-orienented. We seek to gain a holistic understanding of the executive and utilise this insight to lift an individual or the team to the next level of performance.

COACHING TEAM

We draw on a diverse network of coaches, each bringing their own unique approach and area of expertise. We do not compromise quality and ensure that all of our coaches have a professional background in Psychology and/or Business and are also accredited with their local coaching bodies (Country Specific) and the ICF.

COACH SELECTION FIT

A good coach-executive fit is absolutely core to the success of any coaching intervention aimed at facilitating long term personal and organisational change. Leaders must therefore select their coach of choice.

The coaching process draws on our psychology base to identify and shift attributes which realise long term personal and business change.

DATA RICH AND FEEDBACK FIT

A variety of assessment and feedback mechanisms are utilised to fast track an understanding of the leader(s) and their challenges, provide ongoing feedback and objectively track change.
