JP uses an Action Learning approach to leadership development, meaning that the ongoing journey of becoming a better Leader is facilitated whilst leaders, at the same, time tackle the real challenges faced in their current world of work. Because learning is designed around the strategic challenges facing their organisation, the leader experiences the development process as unique to his/her context, raising a greater sense of validity and usefulness to what is being learnt.
